Cheyenne, Oklahoma had a population of 807 people in 2017, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Oklahoma Business Daily.

The median age was 32, with 57.6 percent of the total population being female and 42.4 percent male.

The state’s total population in 2017 was 3,896,251.
