Graduates earn 6,218 degrees, certificates from Oklahoma State University-Main Campus


About 26.4 percent of the 6,218 degrees and certificates handed out by Oklahoma State University-Main Campus in 2017-18 were to students in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the public institution in Stillwater conferred 1343 bachelor's degrees and 239 master's degrees in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs.

But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in general business administration and management. Data shows the school gave out 435 bachelor's degrees in general business administration and management, followed by 321 bachelor's degrees in general marketing/marketing management and 260 bachelor's degrees in mechanical engineering.

The university enrolled 25,295 students for 2017-18, including 20,992 in undergraduate programs and 4,303 in graduate programs.
