University of Oklahoma-Norman Campus, University of Tulsa and Bacone College top the list of highest grossing college football programs in Oklahoma in 2016, according to a Higher Education Tribune analysis of the latest federal data from the U.S. Department of Education Office of Postsecondary Education.
